St. Lucia. I am your host Spencer Ambrose, your official St. Lucian, professional tour guide and operator.
I am St. Lucian, born and bred and a patriot of my beautiful island of St. Lucia, the "Helen of the West Indies." I am married and am the father of two beautiful daughters. I am a committed Christian with high Godly principles and values.
Prior to being a tour guide and operator, I served in the Royal St. Lucia Police Force for a period of 10 years. I also worked as a Forest Ranger with the Forestry Division, Ministry of Agriculture.
The knowledge gained from my previous work experiences have contributed to my ability to provide wonderful tours of St. Lucia. Furthermore, I am well known among the people of St. Lucia. During my years in the police force, I worked in every town, village and community on the island.
I belong to the biggest taxi Association on the island which operates at the Hewanorra International Airport. Since 1994, I have provided quality tours from all the hotels on the island, custom tours, hotel and airport transfers and VIP transfer services. Seeing a growing desire among cruise ship visitors for more personalized excursions, I expanded my services in 2006, to include special tours for cruise ship passengers.
In October 2010, I purchased a 33' Powerplay Sportfish speed boat, named the Mé Sea Dyé. The addition of a speed boat, allowed me to further expand my tour itinerary to include boat excursions. My boat excursions became so popular, that in March 2011, I purchased a second boat which I named the Meré Sea Dieu. Since November 2011, the Meré Sea Dieu has been replaced by the Meré Sea Dieu II, a 33' Avanti powerboat. Together with my experienced Captains and crew, I am able to comfortably accommodate guests while offering scenic coastline tours and tropical beach stops along the picturesque west coast of St. Lucia.
